Return Policy
At Anouar Gaming, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not working, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note that if the delivery agent hands you the product and you simply decide not to take it, the return will not be accepted.
To request a return, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide photos or proof of the issue.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
